Can I customize my guest book?
Yes! All of our guest books are custom-made. Simply enter your names, date, or special text in the customization field on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Can I request a custom design or theme?
We offer a wide range of designs for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and more. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us - we’ll do our best to help.
Can I preview my design before it’s printed?
Each guest book is thoughtfully designed to ensure a beautiful final result. If you would like to review your customization, please contact us shortly after placing your order through our contact form or by email at guestbooksatelier@gmail.com
What if I entered the wrong customization details?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Since all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Where are your guest books made?
All of our products are proudly made in the United States.
How long does production take?
Each guest book is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production.
How long does shipping take?
- United States: 2–7 business days after production

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What size are your guest books?
Most of our guest books are approximately 5" x 7" (12.7 x 17.8 cm).
How many pages are included?
Our standard guest books include around 128 pages (64 sheets), perfect for messages and memories.
What type of paper is used?
We use high-quality paper designed for smooth writing and long-lasting keepsakes.
Returns & Guarantee
Can I return a customized item?
Since each item is made to order and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
No worries - we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
